Returns and Refund Policy for Services

1. Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Services
Due to the nature of our work, which involves intellectual property, analytical time, and platform setup (SEO, dashboard creation, ad campaign planning), all fees for services rendered by AutoRank are generally non-refundable. Our services are based on time, effort, and proprietary strategic advice, which cannot be returned once delivered. This policy covers all monthly service fees, one-time setup fees, and consulting charges. The value of our work is realized through ongoing strategic execution and data insights provided to your car repair shop. We invest resources immediately upon contract execution to initiate optimization and content creation. Therefore, the initiation of any plan, including the initial analysis phase, renders the service fee non-refundable. We strive for complete client satisfaction, but the volatile nature of search engine rankings and market conditions precludes guarantees of monetary returns.
2. Termination and Pro-Rata Refunds
While monthly fees are non-refundable, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund in specific, documented cases of early termination, as outlined exclusively in your signed Service Agreement. For instance, if you pay for a full quarter in advance and terminate services mid-term according to the contract's termination clause, the unused portion of the pre-paid service period may be refundable. This calculation will strictly exclude any non-refundable setup costs, platform fees, or service hours already completed within the termination notice period. To request a review for a pro-rata refund, written notice detailing the reasons for termination must be submitted to our billing department. All disputes related to refund eligibility will be governed by the laws and jurisdiction specified in the primary Terms of Service agreement. Any eligible refunds will be processed within 45 business days of the final agreement on the refund amount.
